Used polychrome pencils to color in along with Gamsol to shade. This was my first time using Gamsol. I drew additional footsteps and used small silver beads on them. The stampbord piece was stamped first then colored with the pencils adding Gamsol. Used the scratching tools to make the rays around the seagull. With stampbord you color in and then take away color revealing the white background of the stampbord. A real starfish was added with glue dots.

The polychrome pencils are the pencils that are not watercolor. Guess you could call them "the other pencils". My hubbie gave me a set years ago and I never knew what to do with them until the Gamsol. It said to not use watercolor pencils. So I tried the polychromes and they worked. Finally I have a use for them. Yeah!
