My very first gift for teachers as my eldest in just leaving preschool. Super easy and lots of fun too. The teachers were totally wowed and had never seen the survival kit before.

Crayon - to colour your day bright and cheerful
Candle - for when you are up late grading papers
Hugs and Kisses - for when you need a hug
Eraser - to remind you everyone makes mistakes and they can be erased
Marbles - to replace the ones you've lost
Lifesaver candy - you are a lifesaver to many of your students
Jewel - because you are as valuable as a precious stone (I used one of the new Fire Square Rhinestones!!)
Rubber band - to remind you to be flexible
Paperclip - to hold it all together
Shiny Penny - to remind you, each will shine in their own special way
Starburst - to give you a burst of energy when you need it
Mint - to remind you that you are worth a mint to your students
Tissues - to wipe away the tears...yours and theirs
Gum - to help your class stick together
Band-aid - to help fix any hurt feelings
Tylenol- for the headaches
Tums - for the upset stomach when you say goodbye
It was sooo much fun but my 3 year old didn't understand that all the things were IN the can and was upset when I told her I wasn't just handing her big sister's teachers candy! We compromised and she made a card and we used glue dots to stick a couple of Hugs to it.
