When I first saw these wheels I thought of them clear embossed and "colored". I sponged the color over the embossed wheel and then wiped it off with a paper towel. I folded the ribbon under the card and held it in place with glue dots as I went along. The whole "birthday wheel" is mounted with dimensionals. The cake is mounted on dimensionals also. I applied Stickles to the candles as my finishing touch. My cat immediately had to jump up on my desk and swish her tail into the wet stickles and smear it on my card. Of course, that was her finishing touch! Needless to say, my cat lost one of her 9 loves! LOL!
