This is for my dad from my kids. One day I ought to let them make the cards but I get too caught up in it. The background was stamped using Mixed Design Borders by Clear Design stamps by Hero Arts. The cat is by Penny Black. The wording was made with the computer. I used a non-descript gray paper I had and stamped the background with Brilliance Platinum Planet ink. I used the thin scraps to run the width of the card and punched the tag to use as a slide on the strips. The style of the card is long and was inspired by today's Technique Lover's Challenge to make a card to fit in a business-sized envelope.

This is wonderful! I love the image and the BG paper is perfect! And, yes, some day you need to let THEM make the cards - while they still want to! :-) TFS!

You know, I love long cards and this one is fantastic!!! I bet it looks even cooler in real life with the briliance white! It looks great there, but I can see some areas of the white that really stand out - and I bet that's the case in real life. Love your slider tag in the centre. Great idea! Love it - personally love the this one over the brown one. Favorited to case it! TFS!
