These are "faux paint cans" -- I used large Maxwell House coffee cans that we had on hand instead. They are exactly 6" on the sides between the rims, so I just cut two sheets of 12x12 patterned paper from The Slab VI in half, and used both cut pieces to cover each tin.
I used the equivalent of Sticky Strip/Terifically Tacky Tape to adhere the 12" papers on with. I ran three long horizontal pieces of tape along the length of the paper, plus two 6" lengths at each end. The flowers were created using my Coluzzle Nested Flower template, and those were glued on with Mono Multi.
If these cans were anything other than a fun, quick project, I would also have chosen to stamp a subtle pattern on the white flower layer to give a little depth. As it was, I was just having fun relaxing and didn't feel like getting any stamps or inks out.
Thanks for looking!
