Well, it is the end of term and the first of my year's grad students has actually completed her defense. So this is a congratulations card for her. And once again I am totally stealing tashers one layer card look for this. Thanks sister dear!
I stamped and masked the flowers in the corner and then watercoloured them in. I mostly used my red watercolour but the central flower does have some orange and I kept the red more vibrant. I found a congratulations sticker in my stack of vellum stickers. Used some pink paper to add a border to the main image, and then popped that up on top of the red floral patterned paper. Nice and bright!

Beautiful! I love what you've done with my layout. I'm glad it inspired you so much. I actually like this one more than mine. The background paper really adds to it too. I feel funny commented on it, because I am talking to you right now anyway...
