My Stampbord Attempt

OK... this is my first attempt at using Stampbord, so go easy on me.

I tried to follow an example on stampscapes.com I started by sponging light blue ink, adding darker shades of blue until finally I actually used a little black near the edges. You can see where I don't have much color at all... that's suppose to be my light source. I then stamped the images in Black and heated everything really well... cuz I was in a hurry to have it dry. Then I used the scraping tool to scrape some of the ink off to reveal the white underneath... to highlight the reeds, trees, rocks and also to make some stars. My husband wanted to know why there were two light sources. I say... Ummmm... I'm not sure. He says... alien abductions. Me... I roll my eyes! Geez!!

This is so beautiful! How could you doubt the beauty of it!?!
Tell your husband it's not two light sources, it's just the branches hanging down and seperating the one into two and see what he say's then!!!
