 | | 32 Months: I wish I could bottle each moment
32 months ago, Katie was born. 32 months ago, my life
changed forever as I was transformed from the mother of just
one daughter to the mother of two daughters. Now it seems so alien to
imagine only one daughter. To imagine our lives without Katie is impossible.
Qe would not be the same without her laughter, her smiles, her presence.
It seems like such a short amount of time and yet so long ago, all at once.
YouÂ’ve both grown so quickly- this moment in time seems like a distant, foggy
memory. I try to close my eyes and remember the way it felt to hold tiny
Katie while squirmy toddler Libby fought for my affection. But those memories
are eclipsed by the reality of today- of moments with you
as toddlers, running, playing, squealing. It passes so fast.
