I loved this page so I added it to my favorites. Then I read the recipe and had to laugh. I have a tatertot casserole recipe that is very similar. The only difference is I mix 1 envelope of onion soup mix into the meat and don't use frest onion. I also found that the mini tatertots work even better than the regular ones. Bon Apetit! I think I'll have to try your version;)
