I normally don't mind the winter, but this one really snuck up on us here in VA. In a matter of a month and a half, we went from 65 degree to ice storms! This was the perfect challenge, Jen! Thanks for inspiring me to use my neglected summer stamp sets!
To make the border, I punched (4) 2 inch scalloped squares & pieced them together to make them look like one big one. The bucket is cut out & popped up & so is the big scalloped square.
