This was based on Strip Quilting Card by jillkocher. She has great instructions for it in her description. I don't know how to add a link to it--maybe someone can do that, I bet a bunch of you have it in your favorites I messed up and ended up with a couple of sections less than 4"x4", but I liked how they looked on the cards. It is a little time consuming, but a fun use for scraps.

For the life of me I can't get a link to Jill's card to work. I'll copy her instructions here: " This was fun! I taped scraps left over from card projects together to make 1 big 8x8 "sheet" of paper and then sliced it into 1 inch strips, reassembled in a different order, sliced into 1 inch strips perpendicular to my original cuts, and did that again once or twice more. Then I cut my 8x8 sheet into 4 pieces 4x4" and used them for card fronts. "
Avonlea was nice enough to post a link to card in Strip Quilting Card 1. See link to my gallery below to get to that card. Don't worry, my gallery is small, so it's easy to find. Sorry about directing you roundaboutly (if that's a word).
