A strip of Mono adhesive up the center of one legal envelope, which is folded in half and has the ends cut off. Mono up the center of the outside as well.

I have seen a teabag, a small stamped card, a store gift card, cash, but what about using several envelopes and making it wider for coupons? I think an ornament would fit in it if it was flat, pad of sticky notes, candy ( What about After Eight Dinner Mints) A Phone card, help me here girls...

So easy...I use 1 half sheet of CS cut length wise and one legal envelope. I never uploaded photos before so my instructions are with the wrong card..oops! Basically, seal the envelope and fold withseal inside...cut off about 1/4 inch from each end of envelope. Run mono down the center of the seal inside and fold so it sticks. Then take CS and hold even with tops of envys and score where the bottom will be, fold and score where the top will be. I trimmed some from the flap. You can close with a velcro dot. I embellished with an eyelet. I take the folded CS and line up the square punch, punch a hole so the envy shows thru and then stamp on the envy too. Then I punch the same square of a contrasting color and trim around the scrap to make a frame for my sqare in a contrasting color. Attach the stamped, folded envy with mono up the center in the back and front of the cs. That is it!

These are always big hits at workshops! I think this would be a great idea for a Christmas card that encloses a family picture (or the kids' school pictures!) That way you don't have to worry about them falling out of the card when it's pulled from the envelope!
