My SC109 and WT98 (Abrasive) challenge b-day card for our soon to be 8 yo GS, Avery. I also used a vellum 8 and bar brad (that I covered with CS) that I just received from my friend MaggieMayLove (laura boetto) in a box filled with toys :-) The designer paper I bought from jacksonbelle's ebay store. I sanded the edges of the DP and the covered chipboard. I EB the Linen in black on Confetti Cream CS. I do like the results. Thanks girls for all your contributions. Happy Stamping! TFL

Nancy, that's adorable, so cute, love the DP and the corner punches and the twine on the letter A. You've done it beautifully, my friend. So glad you could use some of the little "goodies".

The challenges worked out perfectly for your card, and it looks like your box of goodies came just in time! The paper is cute for a boy card. Bet you're glad you had a chance to use another one of those chipboard letters, too. Looks like fun, Nancy!
Wonderful card, Nancy! I really like the DP--perfect for a boy and the linen done in black gives nice texture! The sponged edges make the letter stand out and the thread is a great embellishment!
