I'm in a pen pal swap group with 8 other women! :-) We’ve decided to do a monthly challenge as well as our regular swap. So—I got to pick the first months challenge!! Yippy!! I picked masking for the technique and pretty in pink, certainly celery, and Caribbean blue for the color challenge. Here is my card for February’s challenge! I sure hope the ladies love it. The hardest part was trying to mask the scarf and her little body. When I was cutting it out… I thought oh goodness this is never going to work. It did though!! J I love the lovely as a tree set by Stampin’ Up so I wanted to use that in the picture too. I used my Stampin’ Up watercolor crayons and aqua brush to color in the sky tree, grass, and dirt. Then used my Stampin’ Up markers to color in my little lady! The sentiment is up on dimensionals even though you can’t see them in the picture.... see more about this card on my blog:
