The challenge is to make a snowman card and not use any shades of blue. Really Jen my glitter is clear in real life but it sure photographed with blue highlights.
The background is polished stone, stamped with a design similar to the snowflake in the image with VersaMark then heat and stick and glittered. I did the heat and stick with glitter on the brad also. I used the VersaMark pen to highlight the snowman and snow and did the same procedure.
The trim is a loopy style of yarn glued down with Diamond Glaze and glittered. I choose to use it because I totally botched up the piercing and had to hide it.
This card started out all white and color was added with the polished stone technique or brayer. The happy winter white and dark lavender are the same layer with the bottom ink added with the brayer.
The image panel is dimensional on sticky foam.
For WT I used the scrapbook layout on page 35 of the 2006-07 Stampin Up catalog (with that adorable little person in a furry hat).
