Try this fudge it's awesome! Mix together 18oz milk choc chips, 1 can swtnd cond milk, Maraschino Cherry juice splash of vanilla, tiny pinch of salt. Nuke for one minute and stir. Keep doing this til smooth, usually 3 minutes total. When it's smooth, I smash the cherries with my fingers, (easier than chopping), and add as many as you like. Pour into a cake pan lined with Wax paper. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight. I like a lot of cherries and juice but it makes it not set as well. But I have no prob eating my fudge with a spoon. I stamped the cherries on Vanilla (stamped off once) and printed the recipe on vellum to put over it.
