Just wanted to share an easy gift idea. Thanks to the board here I got the idea to stamp with stazon on the plastic cones. I filled these with roasted pecans. The recipe is 1 egg white, 1 Tbs. vanilla, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 cup of sugar or splenda, 3/4 tsp. salt. 1 lb. of pecans. Whip egg whites with vanilla until frothy. Add pecans and stir to coat. In a gallon size bag combine sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add nuts to bag, shake to coat. Put on a foil lined pan and bake for 1 hour at 250 stirring every 15 minutes. These are so yummy.
