For the challenge measurements:
The wheel border is ½” from the bottom.
Green panel: 3 1/8” by 3 ½” high
Mustard panel: 2 3/8” by 3 ¼” high
Black panel is 1/4” smaller than the mustard and the scenery panel is 1/8” smaller than the black. These are all before distressing.
The base of the card folds on the side. After I wheeled on the design I stamped with the pine needles but stamped off first on scrap paper to give it a very faint appearance. To keep from stamping into the border I masked off just by holding a piece of paper over it to do one side then the other. The edge is sponged with Tim Holtz distressing ink.
All edges of the panels but the black are tool distressed but very light on the scenery panel.
The scenery is stamped with both pad ink and markers. Do the markers last or it smears. To create distance the trees in the background are the same image but only the tops were used to stamp the furthest image. Colors for the landscape are added with pad ink and H2o brush, trees are markers.
