I was asked by my friend to make a Hannukah card. The stamp is a $1 stamp and the star was hand drawn. I also used my Cuttlebug embossing folder on this card. I am quite happy with the outcome of this card...it's very shimmery in person.
Supplies are listed below. Please visit my blog for more creative info Happy Hannukah Card. The link takes you right to the card....no searching around the blog. Thanks for looking!

Very pretty card. Could I ask you about the ribbon? Is it glued in any way? And do you just wrap it around the inside of card? Is it glued on the inside?
I'm a new stamper and when I try to use ribbons on my cards, it never looks as pretty as on the cards in the gallery!

Pegg....this particular card is a vertical card (cut long on the 4.25) I sliced {that's my techhical term} a slit at the top and ran the ribbon through the slit and completely around the card front. I did not glue the ribbon and usually don't glue my ribbon. If you tie the ribbon with enough tension {with practice} it usually doesn't move around....but a glue dot under the knot will also secure your ribbon and not show the glue. Hope that helps.
