Every year for my stamp club I have a project with Candy Canes. This is my project this year. Very simple and made with a quarter sheet of CS. You could fill it with just about any long candy or item (pencils, pixie sticks, etc.)

You know, I just noticed that you can't even see the Dotted Background stamped on that red. Bummer! It's there and looks much better in real life. Anyway, here are the instructions:
CANDY CANE HOLDER
Stamp 4 x 5 cardstock as desired. Score at 2 and 4 (leaving ) and crease scored lines with bone folder. Place Sticky Strip along one short end. Place a long piece of Sticky Strip along the seam so that it adheres to the INSIDE of your holder. Remove red covers and press together. Use any circle punch and punch a half circle from the open end. On the bottom of your holder, run it through your crimper tool 3-4 times.
To create a belly band, run a 1 x 4 cardstock through the crimper tool and wrap around the center of your candy holder. Use Sticky Strip to hold the two ends together. Wrap 9" of ribbon around the belly band and tie in a knot (if you want a bow, simply make the ribbon longer). Add candy and a tag if desired!
*You can also use pencils, old fashioned candy sticks, Pixie sticks, Laffy Taffy, Air Heads, or other long shaped candy.
