I was MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers) this morning, and this is one of the projects we did. Aswalford, my upline, taught us how to make these.
These are watchmakers tins. Stamp on a round piece of white cardstock and colour it in. Attach it to the inside bottome of the tin using a small strip of sticky tape. Add a small amount of "snow". Seal the lid to the container using a few dabs of Crystal Effects (only about 4 small dots around the top of the container). Run sticky tape around the lid (where I have the red ribbon). Take some silver cord and lay it perpendicular to the sticky tape where the top of the ornament is. In this case up by the snowman's hat. Then run grosgrain ribbon around the lid to cover up the sticky tape. Finish off by tying a bow of organdy ribbon around the silver cord.

What a great idea! I love snowmen and this ornament is just too cute. I am not sure what watchmaker tins are? Would you PM me to explain? Thanks in advance.
