Im not real sure what the technique is called. What I did was I crumpled a piece of tissue paper to produce wrinkles. Then I took a brayer and a Kaleidacolor or a spectrum pad and applied ink all over the piece of tissue paper. I sprayed the piece of cardstock with water and with the ink side down put the piece of tissue paper down on top. I used my fingers but you can use your brayer to press(its much cleaner by the way lol). You might need to spray more water. I just kinda played with it and it gives me all kinda backgrounds.
