I received a double slider as a swap and had to try it. I also just bought this set, Up in the Air and have been waiting for a chance to use it.
I used simple stripes for the background and used a sponge to add some color and texture to the front picture.
I don't have any fancy embellishments to use so I had to use an eyelet for the pull. Oh, well!

What a great card. I think the eyelet works fine.... doesn't distract from the airplane! My husband would LOVE this card, so into my favorites it goes.

WOW!! Your colors on this one are fabulous!!! The ribbons and colors work perfect with your theme here!! GREAT job!! I think that the eyelets are working out great for your projects!! You could even maybe try a piece of CS folded in half with a brad through it. Look at the gallery of samples from the resources on here under Double Slider Card...everyone has some neat ones!!
