hmmm. I wanted to try this technique for my stamp club this weekend. I'm not sure that I absolutely love this card, so I'm open to suggestions on how to make it better.

I like the surprise of the rose color! I might even add little 'tabs' on the bottom right (2 of them) and then put lavendar lace brads on them -- do we have that color? If not, we should!)
Also, for the brown ribbon, is it too crazy to put just a plain strip of the brown grosgrain and tie on little 'kite tails' of rose, apricot and lavendar?? I don't know -- just thinking of something you can do to tie it all together!
And you know what? After looking at the card so many times, I want that stamp set now! Darn it! Good luck! I have no clue if my ideas helped things or made them worse!
I'm not crazy about the stitching on the card - but I do like the idea of 'something' over there...maybe something 'all in a row'??

Love it! I think the focal point is perfect - the colors, the flowers, just lovely!
Looking at it even more, if you wanted to tweak it, something really simple... try putting the bow on the chocolate ribbon on the lower portion of the card. See if that brings some balance vertically to it.
I really do love the color combo! Though the So Saffron looks like Apricot Appeal to me (my monitor and all)... I may try that combo, too!
Great job!

Love the layout! Definately would case this one with a few minor changes.
No Rose Red, change that to either a green or darker purple color.
No bow with ribbon. Either leave as a strip or tie multi ribbon pieces to it in coordinating colors.
JMHO ~ Thanks for sharing!
ETA: Also, too much faux stitching. Instead of criss cross, just a straight line.
