This is the only scary type stamp I have. When I make cards for Keiki we try to stay away from the goulash images, in fact I have to camouflage those tombstones before I use this for the kids.
-All the white you see in the image panel is crayon resist technique and I use a dark crayon so I can see where IÂ’m coloring and as you see it comes off when you run the brayer over it.
-After I ran the brayer in navy I took a wet wipe and swiped down the card and it gives it a rain falling effect. All that took less than ten minutes.
-The marker work to add color to the house and grass takes the longest but the card only took 35 minutes to create and if I make more IÂ’m sure I can get faster at it.
Keiki always needs teen boy cards and this will be perfect.

Oh, I just love this card! The first thing I thought of when I saw the card was Norman Bates's house in "Psycho". You did a great job. If you ever find out the name of the stamp and where to get it, please let us know.

This is a terrific card. I think I have the same stamp in my basement. I'll check and get back to you.
I love that you always tell how long it takes to complete a card. That way when I try it I don't feel like such a spazz!
Also I enjoy the little details that you spell out. (same reason.)
LOVE this card.
Thanks for sharing
Linda
