This journey has been really long, and at times I've wanted nothing more than to quit. But I've come so far! I've lost 6 dress sizes and have gained so much... from self-confidence to new clothes to a new attitude towards food and eating. I am so thankful for this time, for getting healthier. I want to be here for my girls as they get older, and I know that I owe it to them to do this now.
I still have more weight to lose and this journey is not at a stopping point. But I am proud of how far I have come. And I know that through stalls, through the slow times, I will continue on... because I am not a quitter, and I want to see goal.
I want to see myself at a healthy weight. And I will get there, no matter how long it takes and how hard I have to work to get there.

A big hearty CONGRATULATIONS to you!!! This is a wonderful milestone and you should be sooooo proud of yourself.
I know you'll keep on track, by losing weight slow, the weight has a better shot at staying off, healthy living is part of your life now.
I know exactly how you feel, I got rid of 75 lbs. twelve years ago and I have also reaped the benefits of self confidence, energy and a sense of pride as well as a whole new lifestyle.
Continued success to you!
