I found these awesome round metallic embellishments at Dollarama and had to have them. This was one of the ways I came up with to use them and I think I will be getting more sometime soon. Very simple cards, but I am happy with the effect.
I stamped the Judikins dotty flower background on white cs in Broken China, layered the sheer blue ribbon (it's not quite navy, and not quite royal blue -- somewhere in between) on top, wrapping the edges around and adhering with glue dots. I placed the metallic flower embellishment, and then had a dickens of a time trimming the card blank I mounted the card front onto down to size without wrecking the ribbon.
Thanks for looking!

Oooooh, I like it! Now don't you go getting me hooked on other companies' BG stamps - I have a bad enough problem with SU's! That background is awesome!
