right side of Sally's sketch, another page from our Hawaii trip in 2004
journaling: We had the upstairs of a large home called Hale O Pulelehua in Hana three nights. It was a great place to let our bodies adjust to Island time. Mt. Olopawa was our view from the master bedroom and the large wrap-around deck. The rock wall surrounded the vast lawn. We had purchased a cooler and groceries before coming to this remote town as there are no grocery stores, only two small country stores that have some basic supplies. We cooked most of our meals. One evening we ate at the Hotel Hana Maui where they had a buffet and hula entertainment provided by some local students.

Great page Peggy! Love that leaf patterned paper and the leaf border on your journalling! The raffia between the letters looks like a vine - very cool!

you ARE a clever girl - this is another STUNNING page from your completely amazing Hawaii trip - I love it - the colors, the soft textures with the p/p and stamping and that title is amazing - love the raffia tiles and then the day/night - very cool!
