They are really easy. I use 5"x8" notepads. I cut one piece of cardstock 5"x8" (front) and one 4 1/4" x 5" (fold over). The fold over piece I score at 2" and 2 1/4". I tape them together, add eyelets and use sticky tape to adhere the cover to the back. That's really it already.
My hostesses really like to be able to pick one of those envelopes with goodies. I always include a covered notepad, a pen and some chocolate. Inside the envelope is the usual: invitations, recruiting brochure, technique brochure, extra order forms, hostess letter and a sheet with the hostess benefits listed as well as the 40 guests in 40 minutes flyer.

I always do THO workshops, 3 projects - no charge. At the workshop I let the hostess pick an unmounted incentive stamp. I demonstrate how to assemble our stamps with it and she gets to keep it.
