I love this! Is the notebook cover just the kind where the cover goes over onto the back some, and then flips up? Or does it open sideways? How did you do the post-it note cover?

It is a full cover, not the flip up kind, it opens sideways. The post it covers are SUPER easy. It's a 3.25" strip of paper cut from an 8.5x11 sheet (cut landscape). Then, you score it up 3" from the bottom, then about .25" up from that, then 3" up from that, and then .25" up from that. It makes a match-box type fold that I then used velco to keep it closed. Make sense??

These have such a classic and elegant style. I needed something classy for a boss' day gift and this will do it! How about the matching ink pen? I can't quite see how you did this or what you used. It almost looks like you were able to disassemble a clear pen and roll the design up in it. Please advise because everything matching is really even classier! Excellent creative effort ! Thank for sharing!
