 | | For the Color Challenge hosted by Linda. Her lovely colors are: Balmy Blue, Darling Duckling, Granny Apple Green. The Dessert option is anything goes. My dessert is die-cuts.
A color combo with a green and a yellow says flowers to me! I die-cut and embossed the flowers, sponged the yellow in the middle area and then die-cut and embossed the flower centers. The stems and leaves were die-cut in the green. A white panel was die-cut with an opening, and then I glued gingham DSP on the back to show through the gingham on the front. This panel went on the card base. The die-cuts were assembled. I adorned with some Baker's Twine and embellished with resin dots.
I decided there was room for a greeting. So, I stamped the sentiment in neutral Night of Navy on the Darling Duckling CS and die-cut a banner and popped it up. Final touch was Wink of Stella glitter around the flower center. I always love a sparkle!
We hope you will enjoy these colors and the free option with dessert. Come back and show us what you create! TFL |
