Layers of ink
Here's a fun little frog scene on a tag. The background was colored with layers of Distress Ink, using the ink smooshing technique and letting the layers dry in between. The apply white paint through a stencil with a sponge. When the paint is dry, apply glitter gel with a palette knife.
Stamp the frogs, leaves and stones with Jet Black ink on watercolor paper. Smear Distress Inks on a non-stick craft sheet, mist with water and pick up with a paint brush. Watercolor the images with the ink.
Cut out or use the coordinating die set. Dye cheese cloth and place under the leaves and frogs. Stamp sentiments with blue ink and cut into strips.
