 | | These dragonflies started off as a mish mash of inks from previous projects wiped up with a paper towel. I backed the paper towel with a mailing label for more stability. I put clear packing tape on top and then die cut the swarm. It looked like it had cut all the way through, but the tape was a little stubborn, despite several pass cranks and shims through the machine. Some didn't make it but enough did to add to this long held water colored and stenciled foiled background in my stash. I heat embossed the stamped word dragonflies twice. 1st with a metallic blue, which wasn't dark enough, so I went over it in gold. |
