WT1106 = Thank a Caregiver - I don't have a caregiver in the traditional sense, but my dear friend Gerald, who is 10 years younger than me, is a caregiver of sorts in that he digs over my vegetable garden every spring, helps with heavy things, and very importantly (since I am not a techie person at all) helps me with any computer issues I have. He's a big fan of Apple products and when I got my new Mac laptop, he set it all up for me. I happened to keep the Apple logo that came with it so used it to make this card for him.
The background is watercoloured with orange Twinkling H2Os, then the Apple logo applied to it, and a heat embossed thank you. For the border layer, I ran the black ink around it and heat embossed the edges so it matches the sentiment. I used a rustic cs for the card base.

Oh what fun that you used the Apple logo for your card Great idea for a techie friend. (I saved those logos from my phones and stuck them to my non-Apple computers just to drive my kids a bit bonkers.) :-)

What a great friend (and "caregiver") to have, Susan. We all need those kinds of people in our lives. I love that you did an Apple logo and you did a fabulous job on it. Wonderful card. Hugz

I love how you used the apple sticker, I’m sure I have one I kept for ‘one day’. Especially like that you background is clean and simple, so the apple really pops!

This is a really fun way to thank a caregiver, Susan. I've never thought of it that way, but you're right that tech help is another side of caregiving, especially as we are all so dependent on tech now.

Orange Twinkling H2Os create a striking backdrop for the Apple logo, and I enjoy how the heat‑embossed edges and rustic base give your thank‑you card a clean, modern look that perfectly suits your helpful friend.
