CAS899 Golden Congratulations

I inked up both sides of the EF to see what I liked best. Inked up the raised side with Versamark and used a transparent gold embossing powder. Lovely. I used an Egyptian Gold EP for the sentiment and also for the lined edges. I used foam tape to adhere the streamers and raise the sentiment for dimension.
