I need to get a birthday card made for my 21 yr old granddaughter . . . As I was wandering through stampscout aka Sharon's gallery I came across this Light the Sky card with all the circles. My mind said "Yes! Possibilities!"
Things I changed: News Year's to Birthday, More pastel color combo, Added embossing.
I cut oodles of pastel circles in 3 sizes - arranged them over my panel until I had a pleasing layout of colors & sizes, then loosely glued them in place. I ran the panel through the Sizzix Beaded Bliss EF which added nice texture and sealed everything beautifully. This was framed with Peacock and adhered to the white card base. To finish, I stamped the Fiesta Birthday sentiment on more of the peacock with Versamark and embossed with Snow White powder. This was cut into a banner and placed about midway on my card. This was fairly simple to make but feels like a Celebration to me!!
