| | This challenge gave me an idea for a guy card. I looked through my smooshed BG's pile and came across one I made using oxides in hickory smoke and faded jeans. I smoosh the ink pad on acetate, mist with water, tap the paper on it and dry with a heat gun before adding another color. I stamped the clock face using Archival hickory smoke ink, cut with the die and then stamped, die cut and added the clock hands with a brad, so they can move. The BG panel was embossed with the woodgrain pattern, enhanced with ink and placed on the card base that I had added some faded jeans ink to the outer edges. The sentiment was stamped, cut with the torn edge die and both pieces were popped up with foam tape. |
