I mixed up some watercolors that were close to this week's colors, then I embossed the panel, then I drug Blackberry Bliss across the panel (a color close to it anyway). Finished it off with Stickles and a phrase sticker.
Used a messed up embossed panel behind it - I saw Sandi MacIver do double layered embossed panels earlier this week and loved it.

This is an interesting way to use an ef, Nancy, and I like it. The stickles add just the right amount of sparkle, and your sentiment is truly touching~

Oh, I quite like this technique! I need to get some better EF's to really try it again. Framing it with the same EF really looks great! Wonderful card.
