More details on my blog:
Layers of ink
The crocus is one of my favorite spring flowers and this card was inspired by photos I recently took of these flowers, using the same colors. Die cut all the flowers and paint with watercolors. Leave some of the paper white. When dry, shape the flowers.
Paint three different green shades and die cut the stems and leaves from these. Glue the flowers together.
White emboss the text in the background. Smear Distress Ink on a non-stick craft sheet. Mist with water and press the paper into the ink. Let dry and then repeat until you are happy. Finish with a last layer of Distress Oxide Ink.
Assemble the flowers on the card. Adhere some with foam tape. Stamp sentiments and add trim.
Thank you so much for looking!
Happy stamping!
