 | | For this week's Letter M Alpha Challenge I've chosen BLUE for my MONOCHROMATIC card. I made a collaged panel from (ancient) scraps that started out in a range of colours but are all shades of blue now with the aid of markers. I cut out a vase from my own template and went over the paper with different layers of the blue marker. I used a real estate catalog to cut the flowers and leaves, and a foil lolly wrapper to cut the rear flower layer (hard to spot). I drew the stems in blue ballpoint. Lastly, I glued everything down with matte medium and added a few more paper squares and dots for contrast and balance. Tip o' the hat to Lucy Duclos and Nicholas Winton. |
