F4A843 = Who Let the Dogs Out?

As a dog lover, I often receive store-bought cards with dogs on them. I received one on my last birthday with a beautiful black lab on it. Good friends of mine have a black lab so I decided to recycle the lab to make a Christmas card for them.

I have some old double-sided stick-on flourishes. I arranged them in the corners of the card and added multi-coloured glitter to them. Finished off with a die cut sentiment "joyful" - exactly how I would describe my friends' lab!

The way you repurposed that beautiful black lab image gives the whole card such a warm, personal feel, and the flourishes with the multicolored glitter add just the right amount of festive sparkle without overwhelming the focal point. I love how the joyful die cut ties everything together and echoes the spirit you described, creating a clean and striking design that feels perfectly tailored for your friends.

What a great Christmas card for your friends, Susan. This dog is so cute - reminds me of one of my granddogs, Teal. She has had 9 lives (parvo and many accidents) and is still the sweetest and most energetic dog. Love this. Hugz
