WT1101 Aqua Rooster

Poster: suen

I love playing with the Country Rooster die set! I cut him from some aqua mist pattern papers and terracotta tile for the comb and legs. He is on the white and sunrise polka dot oval, that is on a panel of Carta Bella floral paper I've had for several years, framed with summer sunrise. I die cut a few Spellbinder tiny flowers to scatter around and added the sentiment, popped up with foam tape.

What a fun card! That rooster is a riot with his extra long legs, even more so in aqua polka dots with gingham wings! The golden yellow oval is an effective contrast!

Your aqua rooster has so much personality with those playful patterns, and the terracotta accents give him great definition while keeping the whole design lively. The polka dot oval adds a bright focal layer against the floral background, and the tiny scattered blooms pull the colors together beautifully. The mix of dies, textures and cheerful papers creates such an energetic, whimsical scene.
