 | | Among the items I brought with me on my mountain getaway were a couple of boxes of half-finished cards. The boxes include card fronts that are coloured but not attached to cards, cards that have finished fronts but the insides aren't finished, embossed panels, and so on. My goal is to get these cards completed and donate them to a Ronald McDonald House where we helped our daughter cook a meal for their Home for Dinner program earlier this year.
This partially completed card was in one of those boxes. I have now finished the inside of the card and it will go into the donation box.
I grew up on a Holstein dairy farm so when I saw this adorable stamp set I simply couldn't resist. It's a simple card - stamped, coloured, added subtle clouds with a scalloped oval as a template, stamped a sentiment using a favourite Taylored Expressions set. Front was done. Why I wait to finish the inside of so many cards is a mystery to me. |
