For last Friday's Free For All Challenge by Angie: Containers (Forums at Splitcoaststampers. Here, the critters appear contained within the hearts on these designs.
I used two stamp sets (both from Lawn Fawn) to create this scene, stamped in Momento, and used a combination of Watercolor Pencils (Derwent) and watercolor paints I picked up at none other than Aldi a month-ish ago to color these scenes.
Finished with nested heart dies from Michael's (Recollections?), word dies from My Favorite Things, and an embossing folder from Spellbinders.
These cards are on their way to their intended recipients, longtime friends as well as former colleagues in the veterinary industry who provided me with recommendation affidavits I needed in order to renew my Veterinary Technician license under the new licensing model in our State (the "big changeover" in who oversees our licensing requires extra steps; thank the good Lord I don't have to put these people through completing and notarizing affidavits every two years when I renew!). I hope they like them - I SO appreciate all the help they gave me, and feel awful I had to ask them to go through the bother!
Thanks SO for looking!
Blessings,
C
