 | | A big congrats to Dani,the newest Featured Stamper Challenge FS1001! She has a lovely gallery & I chose THIS coaster to case. I kept the roses theme w/ the black accents but I used a die, inks, a stencil & made mine a card instead of a coaster.
After die cutting the roses out of black, I placed the outline on top of a piece of white in order to get the approximate areas I needed to blend w/ the reds. The die was embossed on this, then I put tape on the back & die cut it (it saved me from paper piecing it). The background was stenciled w/ greens, going from dark to light. The greeting was die cut & added to 2 tags.
