Country Basket of Flowers
Added to Favorite

Photo Details
Poster: Barbara Tarayao

Card Base: Top folding A2 size card cut from smooth white cardstock.
Background: I used a plaid stencil from my stash to create a simple background on gray cardstock that I cut out using a stitched rectangle die.Focal Point: I used the Simon Says Stamp Country Basket Bouquet die images to create this fun spring basket filled with flowers. I cut the basket from white cardstock and used some ink to add a distress ink. I cut many flowers and used more distress ink to add color to each flower. I arranged and adhered the flowers with liquid glue and some with foam squares.
Sentiment: I stamped the sentiment from the Basket of Blooms stamp set and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I stamped it in a coordinating. I added sequins around the sentiment for a little sparkle.

Beautiful basket filled with lovely spring flowers! The subtle background is lovely, too. Great card. Thanks for sharing.

Barbara - this is beautiful. Some really great flowers and colors and textures. Wonderful card. It fits the F4A challenge this week too if you want to link it.

This is just the perfect basket of lovely flowers. The colours used definitely say Spring.
