Background: White cardstock trimmed down to leave a bit of a border ran through a 3d embossing folder. I colored the centers of the flowers with a yellow copic marker in the inverted side of the panel. Then a took a purple oxide ink pad and pulled over the entire top of the panel.Sentiment: I colored strips white cardstock to coordinate with the background and cut the banners from them. I adhered the banner to the panel with 3d foam squares for extra dimension. Using foam squares also gives the banners an even look over the embossed areas.
