Keeping scraps to the red/blue/cream color scheme is such an effective idea. There are such interesting scraps here, especially the strip with the elephants.

I really like the colour palette in that. It reminds me of the Basic Grey Marrakech pad although your papers look more Indian than Moroccan. The vertical ribbon looks great in contrast to the horizontal stripes.
