Lisa has us using scraps on our cards/creations this week in the WT challenge. We should probably be making a card a week for this theme as I know we all have tons of scraps.
I needed a card for my youngest Grandson, Hollis. He turned 9 this week. He just got back from Spring Break in the Bahamas and this is one of his favorite pictures from his trip. I printed it out on my Sprocket, and popped it up on some torn paper scraps.
Go dig out some scraps and make a card with us - Lisa included all kinds of fun ideas on her post here:

I still get all amazed at how quickly and creatively your mind throws unique ideas together, Nancy. What perfect bits of paper to create your fun, sunny, wavy bg. So very perfect for Hollis and his favorite shot. Is that a baby whale shark? I saw big ones years ago in the Philippines. This looks like a mini version. The Filipino word is butanding. They say once you have learned something new in a day, you can go back to bed, lol.

The torn edges and layered blues make such a great stand‑in for rolling waves, and the way you popped his photo on top gives the whole card this lively, sun‑splashed energy. The mix of scraps feels intentional and playful, perfect for capturing that Bahamas moment. Wonderful use of the theme, and thank you for joining in my challenge with this wonderful sample.
