 | | The CAS Challenge this week was to use colored Pencils. I love that! I cheerfully stamped the Colorado Craft bunny, butterfly and bird, masked them and then...lightly added the background. That was the challenge. it made too sharp of a rectangle outside border. So I tried sponging on some Bashful Blue around the edges, but could not hide the sharp edge. Next I grabbed a Prismacolor (904) and sort of extended the leaves, dots and flowers around the edge. The coloring was last. I used a bit of Gamsol on a no.2 blending stump on the bird's tummy. The Spellbinders Hemstitch Rectangles cut out the A2 sized card front. The 2 difficulty rating was only for the problem solving! |
